Lifted El Camino 3D Model Build

The El Camino model build.

This is the entire build including the different iterations and the AI iterations as well. It also includes taking it out of the modeler into Rad Sandbox and I set up three different Rad Sandbox iterations, street, americana and the Red lifted version.
